The short version

PackParrot keeps your packing lists in your own browser. We don't run accounts, we don't collect your name or email, and your lists never leave your device unless you choose to export or share them.

What's stored on your device

Your lists, items, and preferences (like dark mode) are saved in your browser's local storage. We can't see this data - it stays on your device and you can clear it anytime through your browser settings or the "Clear this list" option.

Analytics

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which features are used (for example, which trip templates are popular). This data is aggregated and anonymized (your IP address is truncated). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind by clearing your browser data.

Affiliate links

Some product recommendations are Amazon affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking a link takes you to Amazon, whose own privacy policy then applies.

What we don't do

We don't sell data, we don't show third-party ads, and we don't build profiles about you. There's no login and no newsletter unless you contact us directly.
